Our History
The Shropshire Scale Modellers Club was formed in the late 1980’s after a meeting that was held in the model shop in Wellington. The modellers club met informally on a regular basis for several years. The Telford branch of IPMS was formed in the mid 1990’s. Today, the club has over thirty members. Meets regularly at Horsehay and has a club table at most of the major IPMS branch model shows and Scale Model World.

Best table winner!
Shropshire Scale Modellers attended the recent Stoke-on-Trent Model Show at the Staffordshire Showground.
Our club was awarded First Place for the best club table.
The models on show were noted by the judges as particularly diverse.
